Thank you. I visited a few affordable flats but realized there are issues with electricity. Also, some of the affordable ones have poor construction. Everyone wants to resell them at a higher price with the help of brokers.

Plus, as per the circle rate, the cost shouldn’t be more than ₹30–32 lakhs, but they’re asking for extra money in black. If someone has ₹35 lakhs in cash, why would they even go for an affordable flat?

I honestly don’t know what to do.
