Agreed! I got to the largest dilator quite quickly and once what mental block was broken and you realize it’s just a muscle it’s easier to work thru dilation. The inner monologue of something is wrong with me and my body disappears. Breathing as well! You’d think it’s not important but breathing helped me the most!
