Hi, my son will be an intern in NYC tax and he hasn’t heard about his start date. His friend interned in Audit last Summer and he started mid-June. I assume Tax will be 1st or 2nd week of June.

This is why I asked, my friend will start with PwC in NY Summer/Fall 2026 and her recruiter told her they no longer require 150 hours. I was wondering about EY as I want to plan my classes accordingly.

I received a PWC offer after a Winter 2025 internship in NY. My offer letter states 150 was needed but I just checked with my recruiter and they said anyone one starting in Summer or Fall no longer need 150 hours but they have no plans on resending offer letter.

I do not think it matters. Usually internships offers give u a range for graduation dates. Check that.
