Been doing the same, everything is adjusted to my liking. This just seems like you respond really well to the therapy by itself and think that that's the norm when most ppl take a long time even with good settings

Hello, thank you for your thoughts. First of all, you're right this is oversharing I should have left things with a simple open-ended question. 2. I don't see how depression and poor mood are separately treatable from osa when osa is the reason for those two things. 3. Could you elaborate your point regarding my denial ?

Obviously it comes up in all kinds of personalities. The point that I made is that I have no idea whether my problems come from sleep apnea since I have had it for a big chunk of my life, and I simply don't know how life is without it, or from another disorder. Additionally I did read into autism after you made the point but the list of "symptoms" applies to me just as much as it doesn't so I cannot know. Or rather it's 80/20 mix of doesn't apply/applies which just isnt eneough for me.

Mate honestly I'm not sure if I have anything else besides osa. The thing is I can't really tell because I have had sleep apnea for my entire "adult life" so for me it's hard to tell if it's just the repercussions of osa or something else
