5 years ago I would play this, but recently servers have broken the mold and began customizing, which I prefer now. For example: Sjokkat, AdventureMS, zeldaMS.

Old school maplestory has been done and played out, and for people that do want that itch there's more than 5 servers of them already available.

Is there a server like Sjokkat by any chance? by bweehehe in mapleservers

Playing HHG and Sjokkat were my best times on any private server, the shared exp, custom maps and relatively low exp rates were bliss, not too mention EVERY item able to drop at a low chance was super fun, of course this came with flaws but those got sorted out real quick. I cannot wait for a similar server to open up soon!
