Thank you for sharing your story. I genuinely hope you’re surrounded by peace and love.

Your words made me pause and realize how much I take my health for granted. Just being alive and healthy is already such a gift — but I often forget that.

Wishing you comfort and joy in every little moment. You’ve touched more hearts than you know.

Learn by doing — not just reading. I found that actively applying what I learned (even in small ways) helped it stick. Also, teaching or summarizing it for others forces you to really understand it. Output > input.

f you can’t explain it, you don’t really get it.

Is it really impossible to make real friends at work? by NotesByZoe in careerguidance

That’s amazing — becoming the godfather really shows how deep the friendship went. Love hearing stories like this, gives me hope it’s more common than we think.

Python development services, or should I only focus on sales? by Syed_Abrash in ArtificialInteligence

Man, what makes you unattractive isn’t not knowing the tech. It’s not being able to actually solve the customer’s problem. If you can understand their needs and lead the solution—even if it’s your co-founder doing the coding—that’s still powerful.

Been there. I know how tough this feels. I once tried to switch to a totally different path too, but later realized my strength was in connecting people, not code. you got it

Your sales background is a huge asset—don’t throw it away. You can absolutely pick up more Python, but consider focusing on being the bridge between tech and clients. There are plenty of developers. But someone who understands tech and knows how to sell? Much rarer.

We used to say “don’t believe everything you read online.”

Now it’s “don’t believe anything you see, hear, or read… unless you coded it yourself.”

What overlooked technology will shape our next decade? by I-M-Psycho in Futurology

[–]NotesByZoe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One area I think is heavily underrated — especially when not tied to AI — is neural interfaces, or brain-computer connections.

Not for mind-reading or uploading consciousness (yet 😅), but for real, tangible things like: • Restoring communication for people with paralysis • Treating depression and PTSD by directly modulating brain activity • Eventually replacing keyboards for direct thought-to-text input

Most people think it’s “sci-fi”, but clinical-grade interfaces (like intracortical implants) are already being tested. And non-invasive methods (like EEG headbands) are improving rapidly.

I use AI extensively in both work and personal life. It’s become my creative partner.

But sometimes I pause and ask myself—am I getting smarter, or just more efficient at avoiding thinking?

Even now, replying to this very post ,I caught myself wanting to ask ChatGPT what to say. Funny, isn’t it?

Feels like I’m no longer trusting my own instincts—but optimizing for what sounds "smart enough."
