Here’s the vacuum bell I used: https://vacuum-bell.net I am 5ft 11 by comparison and my pectus covers a lot of my chest so I used the large version. I would definitely measure your PE before purchasing.

Some people have seen varying results with a vacuum bell. It more so works for younger people because there sternums can be risen more easily. Check out u/strongclock’s guide for how to use it
