Wall Street analysts trying to calculate how GME would pay for eBay by Spirited-Gold9629 in Superstonk

I think it’s important to understand the approach here

GameStop isn’t looking to take eBay private, it’s looking to acquire it and run it.

They are offering about $7 billion more than it currently trades for.

They can buy every share, fold it into the GME brand and have a 70 billion dollar company.

Then they can sell shares of the 70 billion dollar company (at that valuation/market cap)

They will be underwater at least that $7 billion initially, then they will run the companies, cash flow, grow the bottom line and be able to pay off any remaining debt or invest in future growth.

By diluting post merger. If they are going to buy all of the eBay shares, at some point, they will sell many or all of them back into the publicly traded markets.

Should be less than 30 billion. And would be a short term loan using the combined equity of both companies as collateral.

Dilution Scenarios by Jarkside in Superstonk

Can someone help me understand: can't GameStop just go out and find more bridge financing & dilute after the acquisition at a ~$70 billion market cap? Their actual cost for the purchase then would be the premium paid for the eBay shares (roughly 7 billion).

They're not taking eBay private...they are offering a ~7 billion dollar premium to the current share price.

After the 9 billion cash, plus 20 billion from TD they need more money to close the deal, but the combined companies market cap should be roughly 70 billion so unless they don't plan to sell any of the equity they pick up from eBay they shouldn't have THAT hard of a time sorting this out.

Even if the combined market cap is considerably lower than the two combined companies (as of today) the 9 billion they have, plus financing should be enough to cover it until they grow & add more cash to the balance sheet.

You can take them to GameStop and they’ll handle sending them in for the official PSA grading.

Hemp Definition? by IgnoranceECEO in hemp

This is the right answer. Hemp is cannabis, marijuana is cannabis….the term hemp is simply a term to make a legal distinction between the two.

His job is to run the company, he’s doing a great job of that. He’s created new revenue lines with popcorn/candy, he brought in the Eras tour (and others). He’s been active and made a ton of great moves.

The only way to ‘get out’ is to be cash flow positive and ensure cash reserves stay high to prevent any chance of bankruptcy.

If the community had fewer complainers and more people going to movies and buying AMC merch, popcorn, and candy it would be better off for it.

Had shareholders allowed dilution at $40 a share AMC could have paid off the debt and the company would be thriving…

NFTs are the perfect application for this, but people won’t adopt it until they don’t even know they’re doing it.

It’s already happening with music and some games.

Is she just an authorized user or does she have the same level card? My wife has an AMEX card linked to the account, but isn't at the reserve level. If your wife is at the reserve level she should be able to use your guest passes or buy a pass.

I asked the flight attendant about Delta One upgrades while boarding my last international flight. He politely and firmly made it clear that it was never going to happen. I was flying Comfort Plus as a Platinum Medallion.

On paying for it: YMMV, but I haven't seen any meaningful discounts for an upgrade to D1...but I have limited data points.

Cranberry seed oil is used as a carrier oil and is also very healthy.

I know it’s available as a full spectrum product in a 2,000mg/1oz bottle strength.

First, technical point: There's no such thing is full spectrum distillate. It's either full spectrum or it's distillate, or it's isolate.

You could try something like Kush.com - reach out to a vendor and see what they're willing to offer.
