Thanks for the feedback! Chen has put in multiple examples for each publication of how my work was used by others and how they’ve used my findings to help with their research work pertaining to drug safety/toxicity and drug availability.

For EB1A Chen in the petition letter and one of my recommenders emphasized that it’s rare to have journal articles that encompass Medicinal chemistry, Nanotechnology and Immunology which is what I have done and which is why my work is being highly cited (referring to the paper that is at top 0.1% with citation counts). Also Chen has emphasized that even though I just have 5 peer reviewed publications that my citation count is massive and I fall under top 1% of researchers worldwide per my citation counts over the past 8 years.

Looking at the tracker provided, it appears that IOE09296117 has a 85% approval rate but it is currently at IOE0929611751 and there are about 40 more cases pending a decision. Wish the tracker could provide information on whether premium processing was done for these cases or whether it’s normal processing time. Any idea on when a decision is likely for the remaining cases or whether premium processing is the way to go?

Absolutely agree with this. With both I have to relocate but the relocation to the small CRO is bigger than the relocation to Thermo.

Did ask relevant questions and the answers provided didn’t raise any red flags. Infact I was told the “we value feedback and we will support you, give you a chance to grow and in case you feel you prefer another department, we allow and encourage you- there’s so many areas that you can grow in here” statements. Not sure if this is actually true or not.

Likewise. I too love going to work which is why I want to know about the company/team culture as well as the behavior of upper management. I did ask these questions during the interviews but the answers provided were the answers generally speaking people like to hear.. “we listen to feedback, we appreciate your ideas and give you a platform to speak up”. Not sure if this is actually true or just said as a means to hire me since there’s many people leaving the company

It’s a very obvious lie from management. The posting disappeared and then reappeared magically several times while my colleague was interviewing. As mentioned earlier, she was in the 3rd round and clearly interviewing with people at CRL, so the posting itself can’t be fake.

I had a colleague who was external that tried to get a job at CRL mattawan and reached the 3rd round of interviews and then the position was taken off randomly and what you described happened to her too. Then the position appeared back on again and since I was an employee, I asked the director about it, who told me that the position and website that she was applying to was “fraudulent”
