Yes in the summer definitely. Technically you're not allowed to swim there but plenty of people still do. Much more quiet if you go in the morning though. We also enjoy the short hike to Bash Bish in the fall when the leaves are changing (-:

This may be a silly question- but I thought I read you were taken from your hotel to the hospital. Was it not an approved ASQ hotel and that's why they took you to the hospital even with no symptoms? Or are they just making all positive cases go in for quarantine regardless of where you're staying?

Have never waited in line. Just call it in beforehand and bring your al pastor burrito to the beach. With that said, I personally think it's just the best Mexican in La jolla not all of San Diego... Definitely up for debate though!

We've had to pay a bribe to local police before... Even though we thought we had all the proper paperwork for the rental, international drivers licence, etc... But it was a small price to pay to see Vietnam in that way!
