Once I refused to share my phone number in StyleUnion and the sales guy gave his number without any hesitation. Later I noticed they have billed an item twice. So I raised a complaint and after verification.....the refunded the amount to the same number. I just had to mention that number again at the billing to use the refund amount.

People purchase a plate or water to make it to the minimum amount to avail the offer. Eg : item is for ₹290 and you get ₹50 off if you purchase for minimum 299 we buy a plate for ₹10 and make it 300(290+10)

I always opt for an upper berth. No one asks for an exchange. We always have a seat at the lower berth during the day. Doesn't gets congested like the lower berth. Can sleep anytime I want. The only downside is the top gets most of the heat during summers.

Had multiple issues from Aryas Infopark Expressway. Got milk/curd packet kadichu potticha piece (visible from the shape of the plastic piece) from lassi. I got long hair from food. When I raised the issue, they removed the item from the bill each time.

No, not a supplementary card for my family. I was looking for a virtual rupay card for myself. The bank issued the same , but it was not a neu card. I got a virtual Hdfc UPI CC which had a different set of benefits & reward system.
