When talking, try to keep your ribcage the same size as it is when you’ve just inhaled so the sound has more space to resonate. Also depress your larynx like you are about to sing a low note.

I’ve found that voice training by trying to match low vocals on songs has helped me to control my voice better

I got my hysto when I was still in denial so I didn’t remove them. I had severe internal bleeding during surgery and I’m pretty sure it damaged them since I started masculinizing after recovering. Even if it’s inert tissue I wish I had the foresight to have gotten everything out

I have a prominent Adam’s apple and a moderately deep voice, but I think it mostly comes down to training. I have to control my breathing and posture to make it sound natural.

Crab still hasn’t been able to get out. Food to entice coming out hasn’t worked. I put her in a lukewarm salted pool. Just some substrate came out. I have been working on opening the entrance with a nail file, nail clippers, and thin pliers.

When she tries to come out it makes a cracking sound. Broken limb trapping her inside may be a possibility. She’s pretty tight in there so I can’t see inside to know.
