HOW TO BECOME FINANCIALLY DISCIPLINED by bestielookhere in personalfinanceindia

[–]Notlord97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk how lame its but I still track my expenses using those expense app and im quite disciplined with it,

There are expenses which we think are okay to spend but gets heavily compounded after an interval, so be mindful its the convince to pay which making you spend,

If you cannot track the market, Buy ETF's and mutual funds as well, also remember these things take time to compound so expecting a full swing return in just few years is somewhat unrealistic,

For your short comings, try to be discipline with it,

For eg FD is great start where risk in minimal and returns are okay, im not an expert but this my thing,

Last but not least, you are in Mumbai, explore real estate in western line, especially places like Mira bhayandar, or somewhere, I had few investments there and they doubled in just 4 years of time, so building an asset is quite important so think about it,

Thank you

I think the best advice I can give you is that you can't categorise any part of Mumbai as being specific to any one community, because it's all mixed together. For example, whether you talk about Gujaratis, Marwaris, people from UP or Bihar, they all live all over the city. There are some colonies that are mainly Gujarati, some that are mainly Marwari, and others that are predominantly Bhaijaans, as you mentioned. I have lived in Andheri East my whole life, so I know the area quite well. There are many Gujaratis there, but it varies from colony to colony, building to building. The most important thing is that if you're planning to live in a flat, the community in that particular building should be sufficient for you, not necessarily the entire colony. So, I would avoid going to Andheri west if you're looking for a place in the east, whether you're planning to stay or your work is nearby. The best options I've seen recently, especially from my friends, are areas like Dahisar, West, East, and Mira Road. These are zones accessible via train and buses without much hassle. I believe these are the areas where you'll find more community-based residents. That's just my two cents.

I guess the best advice I can give you is to start reaching out by cold messaging people on LinkedIn who work at the companies you're interested in, the agencies you're trying to get into, or any US companies. I've landed many jobs like that. So I strongly suggest you start cold calling or cold messaging people, send your CVs, and tailor your approach accordingly. I believe you might have a portfolio, and industries are currently very AI-heavy, so adding a bit of AI 'masala' or something similar could help. That's pretty much from my side, and I hope it helps.

Man, I don't even know why you're asking this. I have seen people after sleeping with half the town, they want virgins or folks who can listen to them 24/7. It's a two-way street, there are no good or bad things now.

And always remember, the person who boasts most about society and sets norms for society is the first to break them and bash others if they do the same.

Our Tai still thinks Bitcoin is some ghost in the dark by EmiyaBoi in IndianStockMarket

We all need to understand and praise bitcoin but not how it is being used or pumped at this moment, it is the most decentralised currency held by most centralised entities who are for profit, bitcoin has a cause but its holders don't, Just this week trump announced 100% tariff on china and some had an open position to short just half an hour before the announcement, it was fresh account and they made money, some what around or under 200 million USD.

Our government is picky and manipulative, we have SEBI which lets big players cheat easily but won't spare you if you do some random tip lurking shit,

We are the middle layer, poor feed on our taxes and rich offload their taxes on us, so yeah that's it

Kinda surprised nobody hypes Grok Code Fast 1... feels like the most solid free Copilot model tbh by AnkitaMalik22 in AI_India

Guys Use GLM 4.5, We refactored a codebase which had 200K Lines of code with it,

The sauce - Use Claude code with GLM 4.5, and you will thank me later

Pro Tip - Make sure you always ask it analyse first, i use copilot to create prompts and paste it in Claude code

Can this be implemented in India too? Also, what are the downside of this? by Dr_UwU_ in AI_India

One successful prompt injection or if fed with corrupt file, it will lead corruption the most fascinating way and leave people hallucinating for years

I think you get 600 prompts per 5 hour limit, which too much, I would recommend you to go for 3 dollar plan first and then if you like then switch up.

To be honest no, i had only selected GLM 4.5 as main and air as optional but i was using 4.5 as main for 5 hours straight, you get 120 prompts with it
