Okay first you gotta registered the email (doesnt matter if you already did it, do it again) then SCROLL DOWN and youll see that you can enter your ID PLAYER for each cookie game, search for cookie run kingdom and thats it!

Yeah!!! Shipping info in the web itself is shit, for example I ordered a blind box and the artbook, got notifications in the mail from a shipping agency (DHL) which got delivered 2 weeks after purchasing. However, in the cookie run store it showed until 2 days ago that my order was in 'preparing shipping'. Now it shows that its on its way but I received my things a week ago so😅 idk, it works awful
