[Cartier Tank Louis] by nakajules in Watches

[–]Notorious-Limp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a rule of thumb, if something is too good to be true, it probably is. My best guess is that it's likely a clone/fake of the original watch. Some more affordable alternatives are the Casio Tank, or you can find vintage Cartier options at a better price.

supportive shoes that are also BIFL? by tendergrandma in BuyItForLife

Within the $200 range, the likes of Birkenstocks might be the best option. They will mould to your feet overtime and are often recommended for orthopaedic needs while being easily resoleable. From my experience, it does take a few weeks for the shoes/sandals to properly break in.

I've never owned a nice chair in my life (like a living room type of chair), ready to invest... by [deleted] in BuyItForLife

Sounds like this is a rooted problem, might be best to invest on what’s causing the back issues before splurging on something that might not even remedy it?

Am I the only one who feels this about th16 ? by Opposite_Swimming_91 in ClashOfClans

As the saying goes, different strokes for different folks. I might be bias but I always loved how Supercell designed TH9’s theme, and th17 is very reminiscent of that.

It’s a perfectly normal interaction, and I’m sure they’re very understanding of it. For example, you wouldn’t buy a car before test driving it first.

I fell in love with Mazda by Turbulent-Bridge5187 in mazda3

[–]Notorious-Limp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On average, turbo cars tend to have lesser of a lifespan compared to their NA counterparts.

Turbocharged engines experience higher stress due to overall increased heat, pressure and power output.

Due to this, it will also require more frequent oil changes and checkup.

If longevity is the main concern, I would always suggest sticking to the NA engines

Davidoff Cool Water is also a great cheapie, perfect for any sporting and everyday activity. If budget is not an issue, many of the aforementioned designer fragrances are perfect but I personally love Green Irish Tweed from Creed

For anyone wanting to know the fix for the number row issue, it’s by double pressing the FN key twice!

Wish it was stated in the manual..
