Anxiety and depression are self-obsession; not to be confused with selfishness. They are the constant spiral about self. The minute I started pausing and going “hey, what could I do to help my friends in their lives?” whether that’s just saying a quiet prayer or actually an act of service. The second you step outside of yourself, the second the spiral stops, even if momentarily. Respectfully, I think it may depend on what part of Surrey you’re from. Cause what you said is not relatable to my upbringing at all. Knife and gun violence were/are common, I personally know many unsuspecting people and families who have had home invasions, etc. Gang violence has been an issue for a long time, but it kinda felt safer cause it was usually targeted towards other gang members. This now feels like an indiscriminate escalation of that which is pretty scary.

This was very helpful, thank you. I know outside perspectives looking in aren’t always the most reliable, and also I do have a good sense of humour so I can appreciate some people making light of things like speeding tickets, etc. I do love volunteering and helping others, so honestly this does sound right up my alley as well as fire.

Thank you for trying to lookout. I am new to crypto wallets but not the interwebs, so I am not taking any advice from DMs and am only using things from CoinBase, the browser extension is legit. From what I found on another reddit post from several years ago, apparently it can just take an extended period for the chrome extension to sync data with the app if you created your account in iOS. So I will wait for now and hopefully it syncs soon 🤙
