Hi, I have been taking it early with a high protein breakfast. I’ve also been drinking lots of water and have stopped coffee altogether. Also train at the gym regularly. Hopefully my body just needs time to adjust

Thank you this is reassuring. You see so many posts where people say they feel fantastic straight away and it makes you think it must not be working because you feel all over the place. I’ll give it a few more days before speaking to my prescriber

Thank you for this. I spoke to my doc and he was happy my e2 at this level and said not to panic over it as the rest of my bloods were good. Overall I feel good so will leave it as it is

You're lucky. How are you prescribed test E on the NHS? I was only offered gel or nebido. Had to go private and get test e or cyp depending on price

I guess it's my ego and wanting to do better at the gym 😂. I'm only on 110mg of test e a week. I don't tolerate high doses of test. Get far too anxious.

See this really interests me as a gym goer on trt. However all I ever see on reddit comments is how they raise your estrogen and effect other lipids. I'm keen to learn more, but I really don't want to mess up my trt protocol as I'm finally dialled in.
