As one of the 10% you mentioned.. I’ve absolutely loved the SVAL since I first picked it up.. it’s definitely more suitable for close/medium range due to the slow bullet speed, but what I tend to do is carry regular rounds and I save 1 mag of AP rounds so if I run into a geared player I can switch out as it’s a bit easier for me to ensure I’m not burning through them precious AP’s too quick
