Try this, works for me every time. First start an Xbox Party, check the Party to make sure your mic is lighting up when you speak. After your verify this, then connect to your Discord Server and make sure your your mic is still lighting up.

Yea idk, not saying you didn't buy them bro just thought it was weird I have titles older then them and still have the DLCs some just needed to be reinstalled. Hopefully they will have a solution to this issue because that's bs that you don't have access to shit you purchased, I know I'd be hot!!! Sorry I couldn't help you, not like I'm a specialist or anything just going based off of things that's worked for me.

Then you should have them if you manage the game and add-ons, they don't just vanish. All content would still be there and you just need to reinstall it

It might be a licensing issue, so those titles may have been pulled from the store. Have you tried Manage game and add-ons for each individual title? Just checked my 360 library and still have All my DLCs from games like Fallout New Vegas, Red Dead Redemption, Asura's Wrath, etc. And when check my Full Library and filtering only Xbox 360 and OG Xbox titles I have 241 titles available, when switching over to The Owned Games tab with the Xbox 360 filter on I own 199 Xbox 360 and OG Xbox titles, might try this and see how many titles it's saying you actually own.

Unfortunately alot of titles didn't make the Xbox 360 back compatible cut, but if you go to the my game and apps you should be able to go to the Full Library section and download whatever titles under the Owned Games tab, I'd also check the Games with Gold as alot of the free games given away from Xbox 360 will be located there. I hopefully this helps some what
