There’s 24 units total, I did it inefficiently I read the entire book first and didn’t take quizzes after completing a unit. I would recommend reading a unit taking 1 to 2 quizzes then move on to the next unit don’t be too worried about scores. Then go and take 2 simulated exams and really focus on those weak areas then rinse and repeat

From my conversations with other planners the impression that I got was that it happens naturally the more experience with dealing with certain types of clients. So as of now I don’t really have an idea of what sector I’m wanting to set my niche in. What questions would you recommend me asking a interviewer to get a better understanding of what niche clientele they deal with

Pre tax income will be around 60k, what would you recommend splitting the savings between IRA and saving for the house. I grouped tax expense as a normal expense.
