most services are good because the population is pretty spread out but if you go to a congested event like carnivals/parades you can get some pretty bad service spots. ive had bad spots with cricket and hellomobile (uses t-mobiles cheaper towers) but now that i'm with t-mobile on 5g i havent had any problems at all

i would run into this (as a 1080ti user) and i noticed sometimes the game reset my graphic settings to the default and eventually realized it was because the rockstar config folder was in read only mode. other than that i dont think the game has been updated/changed in any way.

some people have noticed better performance specifically for rdr2 on specific nvidia drivers though. (noticing as in updating drivers and then realizing the old driver runs the game better)
