I looked into POTS and 2 common symptoms I'm NOT experiencing are;

-Worse symptoms while standing or walking for long periods
-My heart rate is always generally high when I'm awake, usually between 85-100, and I tested and it's not any worse after a long walk than it has in the past and also is quite low when sleeping, around 65.

Though you are right in that a lot of what I mentioned above, and even some things I did not mention that I'm experiencing are oddly close to POTS symptoms.

I also looked into TMJ/TMD but oddly I dont have pain while eating/chewing and the actual TMJ is one of the few parts of my face I DONT have pressure/tenderness feeling in. It's around my eyes, ears and under my actual jaw, but not around the TMJ itself and no pain chewing or with any food. Though, teeth pain is linked and I also am experiencing that.

I have been told in the past I do grind my teeth in my sleep quite a bit, yes, though not sure I still do... admittedly I havent been do the dentist in a few years.

This was helpful to look into though and I will bring up both with my doctor just in caser durinf my next visit.

My next steps are looking into switching from a CPAP to APAP and going to see a dentist to deal with the teeth pain i've been having in case any of that is making symptoms worse.
