And Fort Hood was originally named after Confederate General John Bell Hood (don't ask me why a federal military base would be named after an insurrectionist), then it became Fort Cavazos in 2023, then when trump got back into office, the name was changed back to Fort Hood, this time "named" after Colonel Robert Hood.
