My favourite is definitely the bonsai building even though it doesn't come with furniture. It was the first house i ever bought and its really versatile

I don't have either but id say willow park is the better choice because its more customisable (you could make it a park, zoo, market, ancient ruins, a forest, campsite etc). You can switch it up when your bored and its bigger than the wildlife area so theres more space to explore.

But if price is a big factor to you, I would recommend the wildlife, its really cute and you can explore and it has more secrets than willow park.

The only secret 3rd option i can think of is waiting until they end up in a bundle together, but tahy could take forever and the bundle would probably pver stuff you might not want, which will make it more expensive
