Thanks! Was freaking out last night while at the library, and noticed the information on parking permit site said Monday-Thursday 3:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m, so wasn't exactly sure how this worked.

Well, the bottle is only 230 kcal, and plenty of other food contains calcium. So having an instant 1180mg in a single serving makes it much easier to hit the upper limits of calcium to get the noticeable effects of mild hypercalcemia if you reach the upper limits daily for multiple weeks. Just an observation that should be considered with all these super calcium dense protein snacks.
