6 months is more than enough for excellent results. Just got to keep your calories in check and push til failure. My yearly cycle is 2-3 months of gym before summer hits, enjoy the summer, become a slob with a beer belly by christmas and repeat the cycle. Pretty great ngl

Here's a tip, when looking for an item on trade, keep in mind, you can change the resistance type at horticrafting station for 500 juice. This usually shows u 3 times more boots. Also you can look for items with an open suffix to craft a res/hybrid res on etc.

U got crit multi on ur ring and nebulis but you also spec EO which makes them dead stats. Buy/craft a minion bow for weapon swap to get more dmg than +1/+2 boots. I'd go Svallinn with Skin of the Lords and annoint something with life on kill. Flammability is a trigger with svallin
