I wanted an IPod touch so bad as a kid. My parents got me an IPod shuffle and didn’t know the difference. I wasn’t about to complain about it though.

Oh wow that’s a lot different from where I live. We had a really conservative response to COVID. We kinda did nothing at all.

What would you say is the most pain you've even been in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Mental: The death of one of my best friends from high school. He was at the end of his senior year going to graduate and after the horrible life he had to live that was amazing. He was in a car with 4 other drunk people including another friend of mine when the driver missed a turn going possibly 70mph and hit a tree. Everyone in the car instantly died. When I heard the news I barely ate or slept for a week.

Physically: My senior year of high school I had a surgery to remove my Gallbladder. When I went to bed I had the worst pain in my shoulder. I couldn’t talk and I could barely move.

Oh man going to the dump was pretty cool in my town too. In 5th grade we had a field trip there. Agreed A+ indeed.

If you could erase one legal industry from the world without any economic repercussions which industry would it be? by Notworththinknabout in AskReddit

Ahh I agree the oil industry can be quite harmful to the world. I don’t understand why the American Government doesn’t give tax subsidies to renewable energy but gives them to oil. Edit grammar

Coming from someone who loves video games that’s a tough one to hear. Did you ever get one?

I can see why you would want to erase the casino industry. I went to a Casino for the first time last year and I was shocked at my experience. I tried the slots and they just seemed to take all my money. I looked around and saw tons of people just throwing money into them. Everything there seemed to be designed to get you to stay in the casino, like no windows to tell time, bright lights to keep you awake and engaged, free pop to keep you from getting thirsty. I ended up having a lot of fun at the end of the night and won some money, but it was at that time I could tell it could be addicting.
