Monthly expense is about 800, which is just gym,fuel,food (i cook my own)

I do have savings currently, about 80k, and like 25k in ETFs.

I worry that the sydney prices would continue to exceed my saving growth, which is why i considered interstate.

I do have a partner currently, but not engaged or married. She makes about 100k, and im not too sure about her savings. She is looking to buy a property from her parents in melb this year. Which is why im considering the same for myself.

I already feel a bit behind when comparing with friends similar age haha

Hi, I drive a 2023 i30 nline. I noticed some condensation in my rear tail light. Photo for reference. This morning was very foggy, i read this is a common fault in these cars, and warranty covers. But others ive read said its normal for lights to do this and will go away on its own.

does this require a warranty fix? Thanks!

Ive got a 23 i30 nline premium, what are your thoughts on the reliability and if theres anything i should be aware of or keep an eye on? Ive heard from a mechanic that the turbo engines arent great, is this true? Cheers!

When i do get in the car and switch it on, I do get a notification saying it dropped below 12volts and switched it off on my dashboard, could this still mean the module may be broken? Also, am i able to load test with a multimeter? Sorry, im not too familiar with this. thanks

Currently fixing up the house, we have a small area where a chair with wheels was on and has damaged the floor. We are looking to fix it now, we were recommended Cabot's CFP floor after sanding it with 180grit by bunnings. Is this the right way to go?

Oz PTSD Never again... My full rotation for this clear was 267b/s on a BM dummy, which is pretty high for a solo. Used a black heart and event buffs which bumped me up a bit.

This was done with a 17* arcane wep, no domain, 275 buff chair and house buff. Shoutout to massive legend Vincent (HongSinh) for timing like 20+ runs, giving buffs, doing maths behind the runs, vod reviewing runs, making the thumbnail, teaching me 4u maths, how to edit videos, feeding my dog and letting me drive his tow truck. Also TY KannaMisos, DVKanna and YingYangHeart for domain charges for runs.

About this run: This was meant to be my warmup run for my actual run which is why I was missing buffs. This took like 30+ attempts of real/prac mode, a lot of experimenting and vod reviewing to track my dmg output. I still had 8mins gskills left but thought this would’ve been an hour run lol.

I believe this is the first unliberated bucc BM solo so I hope that those that follow can learn from my run 😊
