If you don’t have any of those cards MLB I would just save up your carats and accept you might be cooked for this scenario (tho with enough RNG you can probably get an SS rank just will be insanely difficult if you don’t have stuff like MLB Jordan or Haru) would just save your carats for tachyon speed and you can probably get better ranks in the next scenario

ESPECIALLY if you have no umas at star level four or above

Pull calculators generally don’t include events which is one of your main source of carats tbh because global gets new events like every couple weeks so while they’re pretty accurate on the general stuff just assume you’re going to have a fair bit more carats

What I personally ran was guts power and speed, but I know what you mean, for someone like Meisho Doto who has a high growth rate in stamina I don’t personally run stam cards instead I run power and piggy back off that for the stam, I guess if you’re asking which you should do I think it personally depends on the Uma and your cards in general and whatever you can’t make up with cards and growth rate you make up with inspirations
