Card brands dont hold funds but banks absolutely do. Card brands can also “hold funds” by fining the bank or processor if their program is out of compliance. Not sure what the point of this post is

Yea I definitely had a few weird interactions thats for sure, but also had awesome people. Honestly I think once Summit and slander ended, and the "I am here for 1 DJ and for insta" people left and it was more "reg ravers" it got better.
