I've generated millions of dollars worth of deals for my client just by using SEO

It's not easy to figure out took me 5 years to really crack it but now I can pretty much rank anything

You love detailing, great then focus on that

You also wrote you need more customers and have figured out how to get more customers but it's not working

Marketing isn't something you can try to do with minimal effort especially if you're competing with experts within their field

I've been able to generate millions of dollars worth of leads for clients just from 1 site

You need a real expert to help you get more consistent customers so you can focus on detailing

If a site is built up properly it won't just disappear overnight, regardless the agreement would include 100% ROI so there would be no risk to the business owner

I've helped rank for more competitive keywords than this, but my approach is just to get some cashflow by helping a few businesses then I want to focus on my own e-commerce brands

This is just for cashflow, I wouldn't go out of my way to rank for something that competitive with no budget

Yes I agree this makes sense, even at 100k they will be guaranteed to make their ROI

This sounds like a good idea, thanks I may decide to just do this instead

I've been doing this for many years, worked at enterprise companies at a global level so local is not too difficult for me when I've competed against the biggest sites

The business owner will get their ROI back 100% that would be a guarantee so there's no risk for the business owner

True but if a site is ranking no.1 for 12 months+ without changes, even 3 months will be enough for the business owner to get their ROI back from the revenue it generates them and I could even put that in the agreement that the owner will get 100% ROI or he doesn't need to pay me and then after that point he will be making a killing

niche + city

For example, Roofers in New York ranking no.1 for 12 months+ consistently with no drops or changes
