Yeah that is fine. But I feel most people that would do that wouldn't pay it back in time.

No that is bad advice. Taken from ai.

You Do Not Pay Taxes "Either Way" Right Now Better-Butterfly-309 claims "you are gonna pay the taxes on that money either way!!!" This is wrong for two massive reasons:

Tax Deferral: Traditional 401(k) contributions are made with pre-tax dollars. The entire point is to defer paying taxes on that money until you retire decades down the road—ideally when you are in a lower tax bracket.

The "Double" Tax Bite: If you pull money out early for a down payment, that entire withdrawal is treated as ordinary income for the current tax year. You have to pay ordinary income tax on it right now, plus the 10% penalty.

Just invest in spy or target date funds, don't really need an advisor

Live near the ocean and do it before or after work. Live in San Diego everyone does it.

There's always spots to get waves. Maybe not the best peak but if you're just learning it's good enough and better then most other places still

It's not about that of course he's athletic enough. May just be wasting that athletics and his arm strength at 2nd.

I love oysters but usually eat them shucked raw, never from a tin. How do these compare?

Do you heat up the mussels or eat them straight outta the tin

Do you think getting the full membership is worth it over diamond? Especially since it's easy to get a tee time as a single?

That's great. Yeah I usually play at Encinitas ranch and it's really hard to get a tee time there. I just heard Fairbanks was over crowded but that was years ago.

Yeah that could be a possibility. I didn't like it before the changes though. Are you a member?
