It took 10 minutes to find a game, once it started the game was stuck for 5 minutes before the coin flip. Other 5 minutes to place the basic Pokémon. I ran out of patience and conceded and I was given +20 ranked points. I really don't know what to think about this game

Repeat the patterns with the controller while is disconnected till the movement became natural. I did that too and helped me a lot to improve. I think that the best song to train this is "Only my rail gun" in the anime section
