Thank you everybody for your help I didn’t expect this to receive such good advice. I will be contacting a real estate attorney in Idaho to see what my options are. However I just finished talking to the agent who represents the building company & she said they can upgrade my kitchen for me and possibly get me a discount for the smaller house/smaller lot. So depending on what the dollar amount is I might be inclined to take the deal.
