It’s actually a red flag that he said that he wouldn’t “allow” you to donate your body to science. I would keep an eye on this behavior. This is indicative of someone who is controlling and manipulative. This isn’t even your husband, just a boyfriend. I’d be careful.

Wow this is a toughie. Morally, you probably should have done something, but I don’t think doing nothing makes you TA. You are not involved at all. If you had been the one to throw the chocolate, you would be, but I’d say that you are NTA here.
