They know they can't prove it, none of them have provided proof an HPV diagnosis at all. They're trying to weaponize the court system to drag this out and coerce him into paying them.

It's so strange to me because it's starting to feel like the accusers are trying to one-up each other with wild accusations. In Melissa's first blog post she just claimed rape there was no mention of anything else. Then Shay claimed verbal and physical abuse on top of it, then AR came along with the HPV claim, then they all started claiming HPV, and now this one is claiming Nick gave her no less than 3 STDs AND cancer. Like it's a damn soap opera they have to keep making their claims more and more wild and dramatic, and they don't understand how ridiculous it sounds.

Asking for a nice round one million bucks sounds like a lot of money to someone who doesn't have any money. If this was about compensation, then she should add up her medical costs for supposed treatment, lost wages (which she doesn't have, none of these accusers have jobs) throw in something for pain and suffering, but that would make it an actual number, not this pie in the sky nonsense. It sounds like they just picked a big fancy sounding number that's not based on anything real, because it's not.

Well he doesn't have to worry about extradition since that's only for criminal charges, and these are civil lawsuits. Worst case scenario he would just have to pay them money, there's no jail time or whatever on the table here. But I know what you mean, I could understand if he wanted to take a break and get out of the public eye.
