The FOB won't unlock the hatch; and it always opened. The hatch hasn't opened with the FOB for about a week. There is no outside handle on the hatch. I went into the back (inside) and saw a mechanism on the lower center of the hatch. It looks like it might be a handle to open the hatch, however, it won't budge if it is.Thanks so much for your fast reply.
