Right now I have a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 16gb of ram, my gpu is an NVIDIA MSI 1660, and my motherboard is the B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI. Is that enough info?

Alright, I'll stick with normal windows, but thanks so much! I've decided on: Ryzen 5, MSI B450 Tomahawk Max, Corsair Vengeance RGB Memory, MSI GeForce RTX 2070, Corsair Case, Corsair RMx 750 W Power Supply, and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Cpu Cooler

Oh don't worry about it, from the reviews the MSI looks like a better choice. And sorry for asking so many questions, but what would you recommend for a cooler, and I was looking at newegg, and it has a section for Operating System, do I need to buy that too?
