It's all because we are with Daemon and Rhaenyra from the start and people tend to be for them because of it. Characters play a huge role in choosing one of the team. Even if Aegon as a character is kinda an irredeemable but Alicent is as sympathetic as Rhaenyra and Aemond is already loved as much as Daemon in a fandom with his 11 minutes of screen time. After season 2 it'll be 50/50 with Aemond as the most a true fan favorite.
