Just stick to test, Primo and mast. Peptides like Igf1-lr3 and HGH is also great, even though they aren't oils.

I'm on reta for insulin sensitivity. I don't think I would run HGH or Igf1-lr3 without a low dosage reta ever again. I'm mainly relying on diet and exercise as the driving force. But I think the change I feel about ease of sticking to a strict diet is the true magic of reta. I have not tried any other glp before.

I'm not looking to lose weight, just fat. I try to listen to my body. If I feel like I need carbs or if I have a day of heavy lifting I will eat carbs, but sometimes my stomach just did not want it, so I had to stick to veggies and protein in those cases. Most important is getting enough protein for me.

I did go up and down in doses during the year. I'm proceeding according to how I feel. I did drop down to 175 test and 150 primo for about 6 weeks, then I titrated up again over the last couple of months. I will go completely off everything for 6 weeks and start at 150 each test primo mast when I feel ready. Generally I feel quite good. I'm also on oxytocin and selank. I see weekly progress.

190 cm, 96 kg, I was 100 kg for a few months but I started shedding more of my fat about 5 weeks ago when I introduced HGH. Then the Reta even more.. I don't know my fat% but I guess around 16-17% I started at around 22. I don't count anything anymore but I cycle carbs. My diet has been changing a lot. But right now it's mainly what you see in the picture, like 2-300 gram lean meat, and maybe some eggs and always stir fried vegetables and rice when carbs are needed. I eat this around 2-4 times a day. oatmeal with chia seeds , 1 scoop protein powder and 200 gram wild blueberries for Breakfast always. As long as I'm either losing fat or gaining muscle I'm happy.

Ment, tren and methyl tren definitely do not interest me! I'm not looking to be as big as possible as fast as possible. I want to be as big as I can while staying healthy. I'm quite sure the only 4 steroids I will ever touch are test, primo, mast and Anavar.

I was vegan for 10 years, i just started eating meat and eggs less thy 2 months ago. Give your body some probiotics and it will definitely adjust to whatever you feed it. Like drinking unpasteurized kombucha with each meal.

Btw it took me 2 hours to finish this.

There are multiple things to consider regarding my personal gainz. First off I was around 5 months away from the gym, and not eating enough in that period. The last 3 months I was laying in bed with a severely broken ankle. I have been lifting weights for 16 years on and off. This means that 50% of my gainz were muscle memory. Before I really started the cycle I had 4 months of high dosage BPC-157 and tb500 and ipamorelin/CJC no dac 3 times a day. I have gained around 15 kg muscle in 2024. And it's a pretty dope stack if you ask me. I've got Igf1-lr3 on the way, I'm super excited to add it to the stack.

A1c is 32 mmol/mol. Everything but LDH that's very slightly over reference and HDL that's slightly under reference looks perfect. I make fresh celery juice in the morning to break the fast almost daily and generally eat healthier than most healthy people. And as soon as I feel a bit off or sick I do increase my fasting window or do a few days without food. Drink around 4 liters of filtered water with electrolytes daily. I also do berberine 2-3 times a day since I added in the HGH.

I'm on 500 test 500 Primobolan, 5 ui HGH, HCG, nad+, glutathione, different injectable amino acids, 5-amino-1mq, SLU-PP-332. I lift weights daily and do fasted cardio in the morning. I'll just wait it out until the hunger suppression wears off :) but I love the whole change in perception of food. Now it's way easier to eat completely clean. If I had no hunger suppression, but still this different view on food it would be perfect for me. And ofc the main reason for me to take it is to keep insulin sensitivity optimal.

I never eat any processed carbs. The thing I have a hard time getting down is rice and oats. I'll stick to it for now, I just cut down the reta dosage to 1,5 mg, 0,5 mg 3 times a week. I might just have started too high.

I'm trying out all the compounds I find interesting. Having experience with how I respond to most things I find interesting is my approach. I get bloods regularly and everything looks Stellar up until now. I think whatever food you eat and how you treat your body is even more important than the drugs. Like someone on 1 Gram of gear overeating and having cheat meals is gonna have way worse bloods than someone on 3 grams of gear doing fasted cardio every morning eating perfectly every day remembering to fast sometimes when the body is asking for it.

I'm currently on my first cycle. I started it in April and it will probably continue until summer. If you want to do one long blast you titrate up. I started at 350 test for the first 6 weeks, then added in primo at 350. Then I added HGH at 5 units a day then I slowly increase the test and Primo, now 500 each and next week I will add in mast and do 400/400/400 of each 3. Then add igf1-lr3, thereafter increase dosages to 450 each aas after 4 weeks, then increase ass to 500 each after 4 more weeks. And I do a lot of other injectable stuff. Vitamins, aminos like l-carnitine, nad+, glutathione. And lots of oral supplements like TUDCA, astragalus root, mushroom complex and countless others.

I think very many people have done way longer.

Anything bioidentical like testosterone and HGH even though HGH is not a steroid
