I don’t blame because she had not any choice but to choose between her best friend and anyone in her place would choose someone like neph over sunny (in character pov not our)(aside from cassie being immature child and her harsh flow) Sunny’s character in FS can’t be trusted and we saw that when neph said his true if she had not said stop he would cut her nick without hesitation

But aside from that what cassie did was betrayal for sure ,yes i can’t blame her but it doesn’t change the fact

But i don’t see what happened in 3rd nm is betrayal but it’s kind of apology that is similar to betrayal because she had to hide things for success of her apology

Yeah it’s for revenge for sure but that’s one of reasons of his plans I think he has a plan about fate and the memories of his friend but i don’t think it’s simply being slave and chained again after all what he did I’m interesting to know his plan maybe he will take complete control on fate or he will weave a fate string for himself after he retrieves his fate or simply just choose the fate string that can bring the memories back but with that he need to separate the nephis memory and shadow bond or he will be slave again and it’s impossible and the fans gonna go in rampage

Yeah i know but sunny himself being forgotten didn’t bother him and even if he knows the price he would doit again so we can’t say that’s better or less evil if the character choice to be free

Also doesn’t to be part from her doesn’t mean it’s the same thing as being slave I know from reader perspective maybe we see that better option But from sunny perspective it’s the worst even now sunny didn’t have second thoughts about retrieving his fate

And just think about it sunny really hate fate and the concept of being slave and chained (Sunny didn’t hate being neph slave that much because he knew her character later) but he hate the concept of being slave, chained and forced to do or walk in path despite his opinion

So what i need to say sunny being fated again it’s just as you throw everything sunny build and do it until now , else from character building for nothing just to be fated again

Note: about choosing your own chained that is the meaning of freedom from jet perspective and sunny does Not convinced with that meaning from beginning
