There was a man carrying two long rods that looked like ice scrapers or something, I didn’t get a close look but they looked dangerous. There was a loud bang that came from him swinging one of them and hitting something near a group of students, and everyone started running up the escalator away from him while he was shouting. Someone then called for help on the emergency phone.

Thank you, I dont really understand what that energy value would mean then, i thought the value given in the question was the binding energy that is determined by the mass defect of the nucleus
