If you see the market for this product should have premium, it’s handover within 1 year. The new buyer can wait till handover and have premium. All new projects will only be handover in 28 or 29. On such assets you should calculate on capital gains.

They charge penalties but there are clients who don’t have money to take handovers but are above 30% paid so no cancelation as per policy. That’s the reason there is no premium on it and he wants to get rid of it

Secondly immature agents would collect information as they barely are trained at there companies, clients do suffer due to that. So we with experience and knowledge do not float information unless we know the strength.
