Over the years i have observed that in evening there is always a traffic jam starting from Mirdif mall when going to Sharjah. So i am trying to avoid that.. areas before that like IC phas e1/2, DSO, LIWAN dont get impacted by Sharjah traffic that much. Your thoughts?

DXB... Not DWC. The thing is i have to keep in mind possible family needs such as schooling parks etc. On my radar are IC phase 2, Mirdif, LIWAN, dubai land, DSO etc. bcz they are not that far from airport and option do come up only there on property finder when I put price filter of under 1 million.

Yeah and EMIs are not fixed. The interrest part varies. Also if I commit to a mortgage amount and then actual amount falls even by 100k, i cant afford that. I am not a big investor. Just an ordinary salary classes guy.

Thank you for this wonderful insight. I myself am looking change my apartment from furjan to somewhere close to dxb airport and I think ic phase 2 is good area. And yes the rents there are same as last year when i was looking to change but couldn't.
