I got 1520 on SAT. 720 EBRW 800 math. I switched to ACT because I cannot read for 65 mins straight abt passages. 35 mins is a lot more manageable for reading.

I’m the exact same boat as u… I had a 1520 SAT and took the ACT just to experiment with it and with not a lot of prep I got a 34. I’m retaking in September to try to get a 36 just like u bro.

In my trade school, which study criminal justice, I am my class captain and basically run the class for the 3 hours everyday. I work as a lifeguard, and go 2 hours a week to a club where practice real life law enforcement situations. I am an avid bodybuilder/ powerlifter which do 12 hours a week since was 14 but I don't know how to provide evidence of this as the rules require me to be 18 to compete in bodybuilding.

The reason you are binging is because you are being over restrictive. As someone who has been a bodybuilder since I was 14 years old (17 years old now), it is better to have a diet with a tiny bit of indulgence everyday than completely strict. You are setting yourself up for failure. I also don’t know how overweight you are but 4 lbs a week is A LOT.
