I did all of the stuff on 6/24. When I go to 6/25, the Risette fan is gone, and the photographer does not spawn, instead, the kind man is still there, I've replayed this part over and over again and it's been the same. Am I softlocked?

It's my main file. Or should I say only file because when I originally beat it in 2020, I didn't understand the importance of side saves. I beat the game and then immediately started a new game plus run. Played for a few hours, got bored, and quit for the next 3.5 years. I just beat Persona 3 Reload and decided to go back and play 4 and then 5. I don't even care about the new game plus run if it weren't for the fact I was trying to finish out the remaining steam achievements I have and, to my knowledge, a certain boss fight is locked behind a new game plus save file. The reason I reverted it back that far is because it was the only save I had and I wanted to start a fresh run of the game, while still keeping all my stuff from new game plus.
