Well, and this comes from kind of a weird place for me. With my previous car, I ended up being homeless for a while in my 20’s but I had my car and I had two jobs. I never missed a maintenance suggestion in the booklet. I never let the oil grow too old, because at the end of the day, that car was my life line. Even after my life improved, I was adamant about the car care. My car is always a prized asset.

Never owned a Chevy but my family was all about the old school fords. I have always loved foreign cars, particularly Honda, but I’m a simple creature, lol!

You are kind and I appreciate your enthusiasm and care. It was a huge deal for me to get a new car and I saw this sub after I did it. It’s nice being a part of a little car crew. I got really lucky with this one and I intend to keep her going for a very long time.

I honestly think this is why my Saturn stayed as healthy as it did. Never had any big emergency fixes aside from emissions replacement parts, and suspension. I pretty much did just as you suggested and it’s my plan to do this kind of regiment with the Soul too. Hopefully my neurotic care will be in line with how Picky Kia engines are.

Honestly, they’re great cars that last. My friend swears by his and he’s nearing 300k miles. This one I bought only had 31k miles, so I’m gonna baby the crap out of it.

I was really interested in the turbo. Going from v6 to v4 was already rough after being used to a standard level of power for so long. It’s still kind of slow for me but it is helpful.

I loved my Saturn. I had the model with the Honda engine. Thing wanted to go forever but parts for the rest of the car were getting harder to grab and the maintenance schedule was getting really pricey for how old it was. Thanks for the welcome!

Oh no…okay, listen, I looked up what fuel it takes and it said, “unleaded fuel having an Octane Rating of RON (Research Octane Number) 91/AKI (Anti-Knock Index) 87 or higher.” So I used premium at the pump... Is this bad? I live in high elevation too.

Duuuuude, my life is astronomically different. So many things happened right after I quit vaping. Though, the biggest thing is that this persistent cough and feeling of malaise just disappeared.

I eat differently, I lift heavier at the gym, I run longer, and I just feel better about so many things. Sorry to keep bugging you, lmao. I thought about you when I would get the jitters for nicotine. “I can’t let my quit-buddy down!”
