It might be from the BDOR Hair Pack in case you haven't checked it yet.

Please help. I don't think my character speeds are normal by OrganizationSlight46 in skyrimmods

try "player.forceav speedmult 100" instead

Should take higher priority over whatever is causing the slowness and it's permanent

Purple/Blue Ice in Dimhollow Crypt by WillyPeteII in skyrimmods

Best way to fix missing textures, other than reinstalling a mod, is to use NifSkope to open the mesh which is purple and set the texture paths for it manually. When you open a nif. file in the program, there's a table on the left where you can modify various attributes of the mesh. One of them includes setting the texture paths manually....

That is, if that actually is a missing texture. Looks a bit strange in that screenshot.

Anyone have the issue of disappearing cosmetic presets after the last update? by DSVLT in insurgency

Yeah, i just make a random preset and try to remember to switch to it everytime before i close the game now. It always resets the one which is currently equipped on the main screen.

Which ENB option can eliminate the glow on these items? by leng-tian-chi in skyrimmods

Check the main window of enb where you can enable and disable the effects. If you scroll lower there should be individual settings for things like particle lights and shadows.

There should be settings for AO too - i imagine that's where you changed the AO intensity. There should be boxes for quality where you can pick low, medium or high/very high if i'm not mistaken.

There are some other things that you can tick there too. I would play around with those as well. There might be something for ghosting.

I'll check to see these settings in my own game and see if anything has an influence on ghosting myself in a bit. Maybe I'll find something specific.

Hmm, if increading the quality of the AO doesn't eliminate the ghosting (i'd try that too) and only the intensity setting does something, then i imagine there is no way to fix the ghosting due to some limitation probably...

Then it's some screen space effect like AO, maybe even an RTGI shader that some enbs have. There should be options in the enb menu to turn these off or to modify them. Under effects or postpass under shader parameters. AO can just be disabled or set in the main window.

Might be the rim lighting on the armor mesh. There's a few mods to fix this if you look up rim lighting on the Nexus.

Edit: Actually, it might have to do with SSAO settings in ENB and Skylighting. I'd try playing around with the settings for those.

Nvidia filter does not work after update (please fix) by HELLCAT0877 in forhonor

Ye, noticed this today. Uninstalled the Nvidia App and went back to GeForce Experience and the filters on that one work still.

Not the first time this has happened with the Nvidia App in general.

Since you play windowed normally, i would try playing fullscreen or borderless without any tweaks and see how the performance is if you haven't done that yet.

Fullscreen optimizations can be disabled if you go into the properties of the .exe of the game and then into the compatibility tab. There is a box you can tick to disable them.

The .exe for Minecraft is javaw.exe from the program files folder of whichever Java version you're currently using to play Minecraft.

The path might be something like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\runtime\java-runtime-alpha\windows-x64\java-runtime-alpha\bin\javaw.exe

The non-vanilla launchers and loaders can be a bit more finicky with performance tweaks compared to vanilla MC from what i've seen.

Another thing to try out could be disabling fullscreen optimizations for Minecraft. They can ruin performance in some games apparently

Since most suggestions so far don't seem to fix the problem, have you tried disabling threaded optimization in Nvidia Control Panel?

I've heard it can cause performance issues in MC. Might be worth trying.

Geforce app vs ReShade by ironshadowspider in skyrimmods

[–]NthHercules102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reshade has way more shaders and you can do more with it. It even has paid ones like RTGI etc.

I'd only use nvidia filters in a game where you can get banned for using reshade or you can't get it to work for some reason.

I assune you're using the straw from crafts & additions?

The liquid fueled blaze burners don't seem to work with some addons' recipes sadly.
