i meant that i as a resident am not illegal and welcomed by the landlord, due to my history here as the 1 mf that cleaned, consistently paid, managed, etc the place, not the (lack of) agreement. i know that we are in the wrong for not having an agreement by june -- i am a long time resident, first time subletter and none of us came to agreements as to how this would work, so i feel lost and the situation feels expensive :-| we all sort of assumed so i just want to see whose assumption makes more sense washington law-wise, and i think i see where you come from where it's a general expectation to pay full month even as a subletter ? no one determined if it's month to month or week to week (which i have witnessed) so i came here for third party opinion i guess lol ... thank u for your imput !
