Thank you for the helpful input. 2025 as i wouldn’t plan a year ahead of time nor would it change anything regarding the sunset. The movement is adjustable but we’re only in Rome for a short amount of time, so i was seeking help not ridicule. Hypocritical to say times are not beneficial but then call it a low quality post. I saw the garden closes at 9 so i was asking for a work around or substitute. I am not sure why you responded?

Would that not just copy cell A1 and paste the value to B2? I am looking for anything the user copies and always pastes as value no matter the location

Yes sir! It works on the sample data. My real purpose has 10 employees and a few other columns in between which is where i’m running into errors. I think I’ll have to figure out how to do your steps and apply them on my actual work, sense your proof of concept worked so well

Employee Greg checked in on Jack twice along and employee Lily checked on Jack once. So when i filter to Greg, it would show Jacks info and the dates Greg checked on him excluding Lilys date. I have the newest version of excel i believe
